Repair the small woodkiln

Keep the Fire Burning

As a nonprofit, Adamah exists to support artists and build connections through hands-on, meaningful experiences like our woodfirings. And like many community-focused spaces, we rely on donations to keep it all going.

Right now, our small woodfire kiln is in need of repairs, and we’re hoping to raise $2,300 to get it back into working order. Approximately 75% of the cost will be allocated toward materials, including chimney supports, fiber, and a damper slot, while 25% will cover contracted labor to complete the repairs safely and professionally.

Once it’s up and running, this kiln will be a key tool for:

• School field trip groups experiencing woodfiring for the first time

• Community firings that invite the public to participate in the process

• Private rentals for artists looking to explore woodfire without the scale of a full firing

Join the vibrant Adamah community by becoming a volunteer!
